Meet Paul – Design Director of Brand

We’re pleased to welcome Paul Principe to THERE as Design Director of Brand, joining our senior leadership team and working across our hospitality, hotel and property portfolios.

Paul brings a distinctive advantage and a wealth of brand experience, having cut his teeth on hospitality, property and place projects across agencies such as Houston, Odea and Coronation.

Combining a sharp strategic mind with a strong design aesthetic, Paul has a deep understanding of how to shape destinations with a clear sense of identity, contemporary relevance and genuine cultural pull.

This key appointment will help shape, strengthen and grow our brand team – bringing senior creative leadership, studio mentorship and a wealth of experience to both the work and the next generation of THERE designers.
