Geocon – WOVA

LIVING. MADE LIVELIER.

WOVA is a brand new mixed-use residential development featuring four distinctly different residential towers, united in one future-shaping urban village.

With a stunning masterplan created by acclaimed architects, Fender Katsalidis, and with landscaping & urban design by Oculus, WOVA is nestled in the heart of Canberra’s rapidly-reawakening Woden town centre.

The ground-floor plaza features public gardens, urban greens, café and dining. Whilst inside, there are four cascading terraces of private resident amenity including an indoor lap pool, fitness studio, rooftop terrace, club lounge, dining room and private cinema.
THERE was commissioned to deliver a the development masterbrand, establishing the development’s positioning & brand strategy, naming & brand identity, art direction, and buyer touchpoint – think; display suite / brochures / agent books / print & digital advertising campaign / brand launch teaser video / site signage & hoarding.
The final name was inspired by the iconic acronyms from Lower Manhattan neighbourhoods of SOHO and TRIBECA, the name WOVA is proudly drawn from the historic Canberra locale that surrounds it, Woden Valley.
