To support its status as a premier industrial hub, our design approach emphasized clear directional signage, prominent branding, and visual consistency aligned with the modern aesthetic of the development. Materials and placement were chosen for durability and high visibility, ensuring seamless navigation for tenants, visitors, and logistics providers. The scale of the signage was particularly important for a multi-storey warehouse to ensure visibility from a distance, effectively guiding users across all levels.
The new wayfinding system effectively communicates the facility’s size, flexibility and connectivity – elevating the user experience while reinforcing Charter Hall’s position as a leader in industrial property development.
