Goodman – Estate Wayfinding

INDUSTRIOUSLY INDUSTRIAL

Goodman Group own, develop, and manage sustainable logistics properties and data centres across the globe, and in Australia they are the largest developer of industrial warehouses strategically located in Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane.

To enhance both navigation and brand identity at their industrial estates, a comprehensive wayfinding system was developed that married functionality with refined industrial aesthetics.

Signage has adopted a modular approach, designed to allow for flexibility across Goodman’s varied portfolio. A panelised design helps to establish a hierarchy between branding, directional messaging or digital screen integration, whilst a robust material palette of concrete, aluminium and galvanised steel echoes the surrounding industrial architecture.

A clear typographic layout further aids navigation for both vehicular and pedestrian traffic, with considered illumination for low-light conditions.  The result is a cohesive wayfinding solution that can be utilised across a variety of sites, helping Goodman to deliver the industrial infrastructure needed in our digital economy.
