THERE was briefed to create a unique market positioning, precinct name and visually creative brand for this exclusive residential enclave. A facilitated discovery workshop engaged and aligned internal stakeholder teams. Knowledge-sharing multi-faceted development attributes unearthed unique project insights that influenced the brand positioning strategy articulation.
We established a short, sharp and memorable positioning idea of ‘True Forest Living’ – emphasised the point that whilst many may claim it – few developments can actually deliver on it in its truest sense.

Meanwhile, bringing the positioning idea to life visually – we established an avant-garde art direction style – showing residents seemingly in everyday domesticated scenes whilst actually being surrounded by the forest itself.
Supporting graphical elements include an iconic key emblematic of the idea of unlocking the forest to the public for the very first time in over 50 years.
The outcome was a distinct and memorable brand that is clearly differentiated from its local competition. Strong sales were an indicator of the marketing cut-through it attained.
