Mirvac – Everdene

Naturally Centred

The challenge saw us establish a naming convention and brand strategy with its own character, while remaining part of the broader Mirvac story. A timeless name, rooted in place – we created the name Everdene by Mirvac – evoked by nature it was an enduring choice that feels both of the area and sits comfortably with Mirvac’s portfolio naming.

Anchored by the positioning line ‘Nourished by Nature, Cherished by You’ it speaks to residents being almost nurtured, infused and energised by the expansive natural parks, woods and fields that surround it.

We crafted a custom typographic wordmark with organic, embellished serifs—etched lines nod to leaf veining. We extended this into an art direction where botanics interweave with the letterforms to create layered depth at hero moments. To visually support this, we also developed stamp motifs as shorthand for lifestyle and amenity—used to add context and character throughout layouts. A grounded colour palette—Red Ochre/Waratah Red, Woodland Green/Mint, Golden Wattle, Umber, Creek Blue—drives warmth and distinction across the brand.

The new visual identity system was created to flex across launch collateral—brochure, press, site, social, eDM, and signage—without losing coherence. The outcome was a brand that feels local, and looks lasting – Everdene reads immediately as nature-led and neighbourly, while retaining Mirvac polish.
