With anchor tenants such as Channel Nine and Microsoft, 1 Denison comprises 37 levels of premium grade commercial office space, including basement parking, end-of-trip amenities and a vibrant retail mix, making it one of North Sydney’s most sought after addresses.

As both the building brand and wayfinding consultant for the project, the design solution is inspired by the strong linearity of the architecture.

The building’s monogram draws cues from the elegant architecture and wayfinding design inspired by the location, displaying a sophisticated material palette and softened corners to enrich the journey through one of Sydney’s newest landmark developments.

A haven in the sky

Located in the high-rise of 1 Denison is Nest – a holistic wellness facility, filled with soft curves and organic materials, which are carried through into the signage design. Simple blade forms fold back on themselves to reveal rich material accents, and discrete pictograms are used to identify different amenities.
