One of Sydney’s most exclusive A-grade buildings – Angel Place has transformed its lobby to provide an attractive and enduring destination into the future. Wayfinding, signage design and placemaking are key aspects of the upgrade – navigating visitors to a range of new destinations and celebrating the building’s new identity.
A place to meet
The new central lobby space, based around an Agora or meeting place – connects the tower above with flexible workspaces and End-of-Trip facilities. The signage system utilises a simple form and colour palette to sit within the bold interiors that celebrate the existing red Rosso marble wall cladding.
Signage totems use integrated technology to provide dynamic content, with wall-mounted wayfinding incorporating illuminated elements, providing a support role to navigate people effectively.
