Stage 1B of the Barangaroo development is located on Sydney’s iconic harbour foreshore. The mixed-use site houses residential, commercial and public spaces. What was once industrial land, is now growing into the north-western sector of the city’s CBD.
A key aspect of the precinct is Wulugul Walk, a spectacular link that connects 11km of promenade along the foreshore.
Working within the established sign-form guidelines developed by the Barangaroo Development Authority and City of Sydney, we delivered the site-wide wayfinding strategy, masterplans and messaging, along with construction documentation for the precinct.
The directional signage helps to knit the new precinct into its location whilst creating a continuous pedestrian journey along the waterside walk.
